Service Availability

The platform operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform operator and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
